Why Can't I Join Any Translation?

Hello everyone. I'm registred on addic7ed since at least two months but i can't join any translation. It's leading me to a white page with url: addic7ed.com/translate.php ! How can i join a translation?

Why are some uploads (eg The Last Ship from 2014) are locked to upload?

If there is no English translation available made by a Addic7ed team you have to wait for that.

If there is one already uploaded you can use the Upload a new version button on the series page itself. See also the message on the homepage.
