new tendencies in non-HI subtitles

i have noticed in the past 6-7 months, especially at the beginning of the fall 2015 season - non hearing impaired subtitles as the general rule started to have lines for sounds, as opposed for just words. for example - Ouch, Grrrr, Aww. Aaargh, Umph etc. you got the point.

is that a some kind of scene thing or coincidence or something completely different?
