Threat Matrix S01 (2003-2004) English SUBS Needed

Hi, I'm looking for an english subtitle for an old TV Show "Threat Matrix" (2003-2004). The show ran for 1 season only on ABC Network and it's about a team of Federal agents who combat terrorist threats that United States will face. It's quite a good show I heard, too bad they didn't continue the production. There are many technical terms in the story and my first language is not english, so would truly appreciate if anyone can send the subs or make one here :D.
