Please limit yourself only to FEATURES suggestions. Nothing related to subtitles (as files) please.

For example, you can suggest "Custom subtitle name when downloading" but you shouldn't suggest "subtitles with better timings, corrected etc".
If a suggestion is doable there's a good chance you'll see it in the new version.

Am o sugestie atat pentru voi cat si pentru cei de la Boxee.
Boxee are integrat un modul de subtitrari care le poti incarca automat intimpul filmului/serialului ( nu prea a mers niciodata ), Cel putin pentru seriale, site-ul vostru ar fi de departe cel mai indicat pentru a fi folosit in cadrul acestui modul.
Cred ca ar fi o metoda de monetizare foarte buna a site-ului vostru ( asta daca cei de la boxee ar plati un fee lunar pentru asta). Ei vor iesi din Beta la jumatatea acestei luni cand vor lansa si Boxee Box.

O sa fac aceeasi sugestie si celor de la Boxee pe forumul lor.
Pe langa Boxee, cred ca mai sunt si altii...nu imi vine inca sa cred ca faceti atata munca ( si una exceptionala ) pe gratis...
Oricum multa bafta ! Intre timp voi face si o donatie.

As a suggestion.
Allow to download only for registered members, will seem more selective in that way.
For the guests, they will can only see just the main board page.
My suggestion (I'm BAD ).

Also I suggest same thing on here, in forum.

FEATURE : "My Short List"

Hi,
I understand you have users that sign in and can edit their profile on the website.
The ultimate feature I am looking forward to seeing would be editing "My Short List".
The idea is simple : select the name and a language for the series I like in order to have a custom page that appears when I sign in.
This page would be similar to the "multiple downloads" page but only presenting the latest subtitles I am interested in.

In my opinion this feature would prevent you from creating multiple RSS feeds that get hammered by your users.

I have not found such a feature yet, please tell me if this already exists !

Hi !

I find the "My Short List" Idea really great.
I am a real nerd when it comes to tv shows and movies infos, and what would be awesome as a new feature, would be to access series names not just by alphabetical order.
You could use a cross reference database (Creator, Channel, status : running / cancelled..., actors) which would allow multiple choice selection and navigation.
I'm willing to gather data in any file format.

a few things i'd like to see:
same login for site and forum, some ipb bridge to wikisubs script, maybe ipbwiki can help?
season pack download, as one rar, not multi ticking boxes.
fully translated pages in other languages. and connected to that, list of new releases in chosen language on first position.
better way of handling and searching for movie subtitles. or maybe just drop movie subtitles out.
more places for charachters in "Version" field at upload
..,and new design and layout. they say that beauty is in the eye of beholder, and current design and colour scheme make my eyes wanna jump outta head

My first 2 cents

To avoid multiple download, for old seasons, a zip with all the subtitles (easier when you just discover a new tv show).

Don't know if it is possible in the web site technology but to suggest other tv show based on the other users who seems to download same as you (clear or not ?)

I will think on other more creative suggestions but thanks for asking us and for your time "for our eyes only"

That idea is quite interesting, a bit hard to implement, but I think doable... and useful.

Nothing to do with subtitles but ..

regarding the last days and all the users around the world .. a map where each user can just point out his own country and using different color intensity the map could show how many "friends" addicted has around the world

The site it's already very good like this but, if possible:
1) I'd like the possibility of making a list of user's fav series in order to look for new subs not between hundreds of shows but just amongst your fav ones...
2) a different [premium?] kind of account for the users donating letting instantly know the new subs for your fav shows would be nice too [and this way the users viewing many series at once, like me, would donate immediately! ].
You choose the shows [your fav - see point #1], the language of the subs needed and the ''format'' [HD or normal] and day by day you download the files from the ''Your new subs'' page without having to go to each serie's page...

You would still have to select filters (language, corrected or not, HI or non-HI etc)
