Interactive video subtitle syncing software?

Tried redownloading the video file. No joy, same.

Tried using FFMPEG (checked the box and clicked "download" in settings). No joy, behaves the same.

Can't see an option to choose MPV or VLC.

Leaning towards videofile corruption. Yet AEGISUB manages to display it correctly.

Could you add (or pm) a link to such a file? See if I get the same result?

I think vlc is automatically used, when installed. I see vlc popup in task manager, and it isn't present in the subtitleedit folder.
