Hello. I'm wmadavis.  I was pretty active 10 years ago creating subtitles.  I have 88 subs in my account at opensubtitles.org, many of them I created.  My favorite program for creating was VisualSubSynch Enhanced.  I don't know what the cutting edge folks are doing these days.
