Laugh It Up At Work (a new comedy show idea for UK TV in development)

Recommended Posts

Originality

Hello,

On behalf of a team project from the University of Warwick, we are working with All3Media to create a new unscripted TV show for ages 16-24.

We are pitching a new career & comedy competition variety show that includes workplace topics from any job in an employees' and customers' point-of-view. For example, what could go wrong on April 1st if there's a teacher you don't like (from a student POV) compared to the teacher's thoughts (maybe they'll choose to have a sick day). It is about scenarios that could become or have been real-life or just an unacted thought.

Through research found last year, we found that students and young people want to learn more about getting a job and understanding the relationships between colleagues, but they don't want to watch a documentary TV show dedicated towards it. This way, our idea is designed to engage young viewers with a fun show where they can vote to save their favourite team and send in ideas of their own for each episode and season. Despite the humour, they will be taking away facts about workplace scenarios and education that they will unknowingly use in the future.

This is our survey link:

Many thanks,

Team 1

Hi everyone! I have been watching a lot of QM productions! (Quinn Martin)
Great shows like "The Fugitive" "The FBI" "Barnaby Jones." And of course "Cannon."
Currently I can only find Season 1, Episodes 1-22 and 24. If someone could help me find more RAW text, Alternate languages, or something to work with. (Other than a waveform and my ears.) That would be great!
I would start another thread for "The FBI" and "Barnaby Jones." I can't find anything for The FBI, and only S1 of Barnaby Jones. But one thing at a time.
Maybe some scripting can find the "x264 Web" version of Cannon. Thanks in advance if you find anything!

Hello, I just joined because Chile-Verde found "The Sweeney" 1975 subtitles for me!
Now I just have to resync them for my 25Fps version!  Then I'll upload them to OpenSubtitles.
I will also upload them @ their current frame rate. Edit: I didn't. They were RAW, there was no proper Frametime.

I have uploaded about 100 subtitles on "Opensubtitles" dot Org. Including "Philip Marlowe - Private Eye" from scratch and most of "Miami Vice" 720p x264 Resynced.
I hope to add to the community, receive help finding files I cannot find... and maybe collaborate!

This is the draft subtitles for the voice over segments of the descriptive track of Game of Thrones season 1 episode 1. Can someone please help me to correct and sync the file. I'm a lot appreciated.
      Here is the file.
