File Does Not Download

I'm Annalees and I'm new to this forum. First of all, I'd like to thank this website - it's great!

 

I downloaded a few subtitles in the past and never had any problems, but
today, I'm trying to download the Downton Abbey Christmas special ones,
but it does work. Instead, I've been getting a strange message. I've
tried doing the same thing again to copy the message, but instead, I'm
getting the following message :

 

Error: 3: Normal users are limited to 30 downloads per 24 hours. Fix: Become a VIP to get a higher limit
88.139.179.20

Registered users are limited to 35 but VIPs get 55 downloads every 24 hours.
Please consider donating to become VIP and show your support.

 

However, I have not downloaded anything for days and, moreover, when I click on
the the link to see my downloads, it says I have two. I'm a registered user.

 

 

I really don't understand what's going on... Can anyone help?
