Paris qui dort (1924) [René Clair]

Hello. It seems the classic movie Paris qui dort (also known as Le rayon diabolique) has had a new french 4K restoration with brand new inter-titles and it lasts for 1:07:21 (so it seems to be longer than older versions because I cant shift and fit existing subtitles). I can find another restored version that lasts 59:35 with english inter-titles but I don't know if they're any different since silent movies have random frames per seconds and restorations. Anyone know anything particular about this movie? In case this movie lasts longer I would appreciate an english translation. Thank you in advance!
