In Australia, Heston is buried on the public channels (ABC/SBS); he wouldn't reach a 2nd episode on the commercial networks. Maybe because most viewers don't want to cook airline or hospital or school tuckshop or whatever meals. But millions have a dream to own their own successful restaurant. IK was just giving Heston some friendly fire, that's all. But, hey: I own cookbooks by both of them. I have Heston's In Search of Total Perfection book (not cheap either). And I've seen several episodes of his Heston's Feasts TV show (like the ones I mentioned in the first post). I respect the man. I guess I come across as serious when I don't mean to be.
