How to scroll waveform while playing video?

There was a setting I can't find again. Wording may have been keeping current selected (red) text "centered". I found this setting months ago and set it. Today I did something and it disappeared.

Now the "waveform cursor" moves from left to right and the whole wave form jumps every time it reaches right margin. I want the waveform to continuously scroll.

You'd think it would be something obvious either on right clicking inside the wave form or something in Options -> Settings -> Waveform. I believe I remember NOT changing this setting via the Options menu. I believe it was some obscure key and mouse combination. I googled "centered" "scrolling" "waveform" "subtitle edit" a lot without finding it again.

Edit: Found it. Left side, below wave form. Blue, popups "Center".
