A Hungarian subtitles - accented vowels were replaced by question marks

Hello, 

 

After returning to my work I found my subtitle - srt. with UTF - 8 without BOM containing only question marks instead of the actual vowels. 

Any ideas or quick fixes? 

I'm currently using v 3.6.13
