I spent many, many hours fixing the 2nd episode to use, but episode 3 is missing a lot of dialogue, right near the beginning. But the reason for their non-availability seems to be that ITV suddenly cancelled the airing of the new season for the usual reasons (they just are searching for an opportunity with a minimum of concurrence). So the available video version comes from a danish channel which does not air english subtitles at all. And as you already found out AI is not what one would expect without endless optimisation.
