If I can manage to find the files somwhere, I can run them through some other speech recognition/translation softwares. They don't always work, but when they do, they usually do it very well. Much depends on the qualtiy of the audio track. We tried with something French here in this forum a while ago, but it was useless. At other times we have been very lucky. As you wrote, the series is difficult to find. There are at least two Polish **** sites I could find who have them, but they are for paying customers only. pixxxie Posted October 25 Author Report Share Posted October 25 (edited) Thanks for these – again, pretty good ENG subs 🙏 At first glance there are some scenes where German is spoken that do not have subs, and there are some scenes where, I think, Romanian is spoken that have hard Polish subs, but no English equivalent. That won't work with the normal speech recognition machines. I have a lot of desk work in the coming four days, so I may not get around to typing out the Polish hard coded subs as soon as I would like to. I haven't found a German scene yet. I guess there just aren't that many native speakers, or at least not any who make movies, and if then their use of the language is highly dialectual, depending on the country they live in. We've got Czech , Slovakian, Slovenian, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Bulgarian all in the vicinity and other Slavic languages too, only a bit further off.
