I'm from The Netherlands I'm almost 60, have a chronicle longdisease and therefore have plenty of time for computer, tv and reading. I use subtitles because my hearing is bad and it is to tiresome to listen without subtitles. It doesn't mean I cannot synchronise subtitles: I have a good headfone with my computer. I do it all the time though I try to find the correct subtitle from the beginning but somestimes they're not available.
