Restoring truncated zeros

I have SRT subtitle files for a TV series, but it seems that trailing zeros in the timecodes have been truncated, leaving two millisecond digits instead of the normal three. Is there any tool available that can restore them automatically, or will I have to code something myself?

Try reading the sub with the TAC (http://www.sub-talk.net/-kerensky-transcript-annotations-cleaner-v27-04-2010-t-114.html)
Sub-Talk -> Software -> [Kerensky] Transcript Annotations Cleaner

And de-select every main options, witch are intended for cleaning the sub.

Thanks for the link! It successfully fixed the timecodes, but unfortunately it doesn't appear to work with non-English encoding. My subtitles are in Chinese (Big5 and Unicode), but they come out as question marks in the output file.

|EDIT| Ok, I found the Unicode option in the advanced settings. Perfect! Thanks again.
