Forum Rules

Members of Sub-Talk are expected to be helpful, respectful and courteous to all other members.
Please observe the following rules, which also apply to comments made on Addic7ed.com.

OFFENSIVE CONTENT
Posting offensive text, images or links, etc. will not be tolerated. This includes user pictures and signatures.
The systematic use of foul language, or the posting of material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist or otherwise discriminatory, is not permitted on these forums.
This is an open forum, where everyone is welcome, whatever the age, gender, race or creed.
(Use common sense - your mum might be a member.)

FLAMING AND ABUSE
Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Any material which is overtly discourteous, or constitutes defamation, harassment or abuse, is strictly prohibited.

ILLEGAL CONTENT
Providing, referring to or asking for information on how to illegally obtain or provide any material, including software ("warez") is forbidden.
Similarly, requesting or posting serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks is forbidden.

SPAM AND ADVERTISING
Advertising any commercial product or service, in posts or signatures, is not permitted.

POSTING - GENERAL
Please post in the correct forum. (Requests for subs in "Subtitles/Requests" section, etc.)

REQUESTING SUBS
Generally speaking, it is not necessary to request subs for episodes that Addic7ed is regularly providing for current TV shows;
Quality subtitles are usually available within a few hours at most - it's what Addic7ed does best.
In particular, do not request subs for shows or episodes that are less than three days old.

CROSS-POSTING AND BUMPING
Posting a thread in more than one forum is annoying and thus not allowed.
Bumping is also prohibited: all bumped threads will be deleted.

LANGUAGE
English is the accepted common language of Sub-Talk, and members are asked only to post in English.
Exceptions are made for the Translator Teams forums, where team members can discuss in their own language. These forums will be marked as such.

W4F releases include subs according to their NFO (and not TBS).

      I Married A Shadow - 1983 - 6/10
AKA - J'ai épousé une Ombre

Low life boyfriend kicks his pregnant Hélène out of the car and speeds into the horizon.
Dumped, dejected, she boards a train going elsewhere, anywhere.
In the dining car, another female, a pregnant bride, befriends her and allows her to sleep in her cabin while she and new husband have dinner.
After a catastrophe, Hélène is mistaken for the bride by the grieving family.
Part mystery, part character study, as personal ethics conflict with wanting what will be best for the new infant.
The wine growing family, is wealthy, by the way.
I recognized William Irish in the opening credits as a pseudonym for an old mystery writer (Cornell Woolrich).
15 minutes into the film, I recalled the story from a vintage Suspense (OTR) episode, "They Call Me Patrice."
    • Request: Batman and Harley Quinn subtitles
      By emeline-whovian · Posted
You can find them here:  https://subscene.com/subtitles/batman-and-harley-quinn Good quality, they were made by a former member of our team. Addic7ed does not generally make subtitles for movies, except sometimes Netflix.

      Assassination - 2015 - 7/10
AKA - Amsal // 암살 High voltage S Korean escapism with sumptuous production values.
Circa 1933, a Korean hit team is assigned to take out a fatcat appeaser and occupied Seoul’s Japanese military commander.
Rival Korean factions squabble with each other and informers are omnipresent.
Similar in look and feel to The Good, The Bad, The Weird (1998), though more grounded in reality.
Like the K-drama Bridal Mask , these are non-historical characters (though Korean resistance to occupation was real, especially in the north).
Excellent cat n mouse thriller with superb action sequences.
