Rss Feed Of Followed Shows

I found that you can get the RSS feed of the shows you are following by doing:

1) In Firefox, go to Tools -> Settings -> Privacy -> Show cookies.
2) Search for addic7ed.com
3) Select the cookie whose name is "wikisubtitlesuser".
4) In the lower pane you find a value named Content. This value is your user-id.
5) Copy the value and add it to the end of this URL: http://www.addic7ed.com/rss.php?mode=following&userid=

For instance, http://www.addic7ed.com/rss.php?mode=following&userid=123456

It's not password protected, but it doesn't really matter since you can't tell whose feed it is.

Now, just add the feed to Google Reader or whatever RSS-reader you're using.
