Old Subtitles Missing (Subtitle-Frames) 42 And 43

It seems as if the subtitle files are stored as records in a SQL database, and at some time, someone ran something like:

delete from subtitle_frames where number between 42 and 43;

or similar
Every subtitle that existed before some point in time (not sure when exactly, but I believe sometime early 2012) has this issue, or at least that's what I see.
