Dutch Subtitles For Shameless (Us)

Hello everyone,

 

I am looking for the Dutch subtitles of Shameless season 4 episodes. Normally when there is an American TV-serie the Dutch subtitles are there pretty fast but this time (some slower then others) but this is like there is suddenly no more Dutch intrest anymore... Can someone please help me out?
